Проблемы и перспективы традиционных промыслов: роль высшего профессионального образования
Аннотация: Исследуются проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются традиционные промыслы, и возможные решения, предлагаемые системой высшего образования. Автор рассматривает влияние дефицита финансирования, слабой рекламной поддержки, конкуренции со стороны массового промышленного производства, рисков утраты традиционных навыков и негативного восприятия ручного труда в современном социуме. Анализируются перспективы, связанные с внедрением цифровых технологий, сотрудничеством с дизайнерами, разработкой специализированных учебных программ, техническим сопровождением, повышением квалификации, информированностью населения, а также созданием системы защиты интеллектуальной собственности и повышения стоимости изделий. Акцентируется внимание на значимости партнерства университетов, предприятий и торговых объединений для эффективного взаимодействия теории и практики в подготовке будущих специалистов и возрождении уникального культурного наследия. Abstract: The article examines the problems faced by traditional craft industries and the possible solutions offered by the higher education system. The author considers the impact of funding shortages, weak advertising support, competition from mass industrial production, the risks of losing traditional skills, and the negative perception of manual labor. The prospects associated with the introduction of digital technologies, collaboration with designers, development of specialized training programs, technical support, professional development and public awareness, as well as the creation of an intellectual property protection system and increasing the value of products are discussed. Социокультурный портрет современного студента-художника федоскинской лаковой миниатюрной живописи: ценностные ориентации и карьерные ожидания
Аннотация: В статье представлены результаты исследования, направленного на создание комплексного социокультурного портрета студента Федоскинского института лаковой миниатюрной живописи. Актуальность работы обусловлена стратегической задачей сохранения контингента обучающихся как основы для передачи уникальных художественных традиций федоскинской лаковой миниатюрной живописи. В основу исследования легло анкетирование студентов, обучающихся по программам среднего профессионального и высшего образования. Проведённый анализ позволил выявить и сопоставить социально-демографические характеристики респондентов, ключевые мотивы выбора профессии, ценностно-профессиональные ориентации и самооценку сформированности общих компетенций. Полученные результаты опровергают стереотип о «династическом» характере профессионального самоопределения. Выявлен общий для всех студентов «ценностный парадокс», выражающийся в высоком приоритете свободы творчества и мастерства при относительно низкой значимости участия в выставочной деятельности. The article discusses the significance of graphic projects by Kholuy miniature artists as an effective pedagogical tool for teaching drawing to future artists specializing in Kholuy lacquer miniature painting (vocational secondary education). Based on a study of the creative legacy of Kholuy miniature painters, key aspects of the pedagogical methodology are revealed, including work on compositional construction and linear graphics. The author emphasizes the importance of systematic mastery of technical techniques through preparatory graphic works.
